Each class is independently sequenced by our instructor, Annie Armosti, offering varied, fun, and dynamic classes that will keep you on your toes. Power Yoga is for everyone.
It doesnโt matter how fit you are, how old you are, or how flexible. yoga is not about learning to put your feet behind your ears, itโs about learning to love and look after the body youโve been given. Itโs about challenging your limits, both mentally and physically and learning to breathe through it.
